Spend a summer evening among the sunflowers enjoying English sparkling wine, artisan cheeses and a relaxed golden-hour atmosphere at Somerley Fields.

In collaboration with Tinwood Estate and local cheesemonger Cheese Buoy, this intimate tasting experience invites guests to slow down, wander the sunflower fields, and enjoy a guided introduction to Tinwood's award-winning sparkling wines, perfectly paired with a carefully curated selection of artisan cheeses.

Each guest will enjoy:
• A guided Tinwood tasting experience and talk
• Three glasses of Tinwood sparkling wine
• A specially curated cheeseboard from Cheese Buoy featuring four artisan cheeses, fresh grapes and artisan crackers
• A small jar of Bridges Bees Honey, produced here at Somerley Fields
• Entry to the sunflower fields
• Pick-your-own sunflowers (3 stems)
• Time to stroll and enjoy the fields at your leisure

This relaxed countryside experience brings together some of Sussex's finest local producers, combining award-winning sparkling wine, exceptional artisan cheese and the beauty of the sunflower fields at sunset.
