Somerley Fields Booking Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets and attending Somerley Fields, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your booking.

Somerley Fields is a working farm and outdoor countryside environment. Visitors should be aware that uneven ground, mud, slippery surfaces, wildlife, insects, agricultural equipment, and other natural hazards may be present. All visitors enter and use the site at their own risk and are responsible for behaving safely, supervising children appropriately, and following all signage and staff instructions at all times.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Arrival & Stay

Tickets are valid for the date and arrival time selected at the time of booking only. Please ensure you arrive during your allocated time slot.

Once on site, visitors are welcome to remain and enjoy the experience until the advertised closing time for that session or event.

Sundowner Sessions & Evening Events

Certain dates may include separately ticketed evening events, including Sundowner Sessions.

Unless a valid Sundowner or evening event add-on ticket has been purchased, all daytime visitors must vacate the site by 4:30pm to allow for site preparation, safety checks, staffing changes, and event setup.

Visitors wishing to remain on site for an evening session must hold a valid ticket or approved add-on for that event.

Somerley Fields reserves the right to clear and reset the site between daytime and evening sessions where necessary.

Capacity & Admission

For safety and operational reasons, Somerley Fields reserves the right to limit admissions, pause entry, or refuse walk-in visitors once site capacity has been reached.

Working Farm & Uneven Ground

Somerley Fields is situated on active agricultural land. Surfaces may be uneven, muddy, slippery, dusty, or difficult to navigate depending on weather conditions and farming operations.

Visitors are advised to wear suitable clothing and appropriate footwear. Extra care should be taken at all times, particularly around children, uneven terrain, and outdoor structures.

Agricultural Machinery

Agricultural vehicles, machinery, and working equipment may be present on or around the site. Visitors must not touch, climb on, or enter restricted farming areas at any time.

Weather Conditions

Somerley Fields is an outdoor event and operates in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by management.

Visitors are responsible for dressing appropriately for the weather conditions on the day of their visit. Rain, mud, heat, wind, or general adverse weather conditions do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Photography & Filming

Photography and video footage may be taken throughout the site for promotional and marketing purposes, including use across social media, websites, printed materials, and advertising.

By entering the site, you consent to the use of such imagery without compensation or approval rights.

If you would prefer not to appear in promotional content, please make a member of staff aware upon arrival and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Please contact us separately if you wish to arrange a dedicated photography session.

Professional Photography & Commercial Content

Commercial photography, workshops, styled shoots, influencer campaigns, or organised content creation sessions must be approved by Somerley Fields in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop any unauthorised commercial activity taking place on site.

Drone Usage

For safety, privacy, and livestock welfare reasons, drones are strictly prohibited on site unless authorised in advance by Somerley Fields management.

Please contact us directly if you wish to enquire about a dedicated drone session or commercial filming.

Visitors must:

  • Respect the land, crops, wildlife, staff, and other guests
  • Stay within designated visitor areas where instructed
  • Avoid climbing on structures, equipment, fencing, or displays unless clearly permitted
  • Refrain from behaviour that may endanger themselves, others, animals, or the site

Any visitor displaying abusive, aggressive, intoxicated, reckless, or inappropriate behaviour may be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.

Any damage caused to crops, structures, signage, equipment, vehicles, or site property may result in the responsible party being charged for repair or replacement costs.

Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the behaviour, safety, and wellbeing of children within their care whilst on site.
